A Visit to VT Cosmetics Store in Myeongdong

I am so excited to visit VT Cosmetics store in Myeongdong during my first day in Seoul (7th Dec 2017). Particularly because my boys are endorsing this cosmetic brand and I want to check out the products.

Prior to going to Seoul, I had purchased the BTS Black Collagen pact from MY GO and I love it so much! Surprisingly the product did not smell funny like the other brands I have tried and it did not make me break out (I have very sensitive skin!).

How to go to VT Cosmetics store in Myeongdong?

Take subway Line 4 and stop at Myeongdong Station. From Exit 6, just go straight and walk a few minutes. You will find the VT Cosmetics store on the left.

BTSxVT collaboration product - BTS Collagen Pact and BTS Jumbo Tooth Brush set

Before going to Seoul, I had done some researched on their Collagen and CC Cushion pact. Some of the Collagen pacts - Real Collagen Pact (pink cover), Black Collagen Pact, Essence Skin Foundation Pact and Essence Sun Pact are featured on Get It Beauty - so I am keen to try it out.

I found that BTSxVT Collagen Pact (Black & White) are actually the same as the original version of Black Collagen Pact and Real Collagen Pact. So I did not buy the original versions and just bought the BTS version.

I also did not buy the CC cushion pact because the store helper said that it is not as good as the Collagen pact.

The sad thing during my visit was that the Jumbo Tooth Brush sets were sold out >.<  I felt so disappointed. I have searched for the tooth brush sets at many CU stores and mostly were sold out. 

The stores decoration is simple and I like it. It has BTS photos on frames. I enjoyed taking photo of the shop (thank goodness the store helper doesn't mind hehe)

Here are my purchased from the VT Store. I bought both BTS Collagen pacts, Essence Sun Pact (33,000 won), Double Cover Cusion (32,000 won), Essence Skin Foundation Pact (32,000 won) and I got bunch of samples (tooth paste, mask, etc) and 2 BTS posters (yay!)

I hope BTS will continue to endorse VT Cosmetics until next year because I plan on visiting the store again and check out more stuff.

My First Experience to 2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode Ⅲ The Wings Tour The Final at Gocheok Sky Dome

I am a big fan of BTS and as soon as BTS announced that they will be having their Wings Tour The Final in Gocheock Sky Dome from 8th - 10th Dec 2017,  me and my mum booked KoreanAir flight tickets to go to Seoul from 6th - 12th Dec 2017 to watch the concert and tour Seoul.

Previously I had went to 2 BTS concert in Bangkok - Epilogue tour and Wings Tour. This was my first EVER experience in Gocheok Sky Dome.

We are actually members of BTS A.R.M.Y Fanclub 4th Term. Unfortunately, as soon as the concert ticket went on sale on Oct 27th, we didn't managed to get the tickets at all - which left me feeling sad and disappointed.

So when the time comes for us to go to Seoul, I decided to buy tickets for first day show (8th Dec 2017) from resellers who could do COD at the stadium. The whole point of going to Seoul was to see BTS concert, so I feel like if I didn't go, it will eat me up. Fortunately I managed to buy 2 tickets for 4th floor seats (Section 403 and 409) for me and my mum, of course with slightly higher price around 240 000 won for each ticket (original price was 99 000 won). If I convert the price to MYR (yes I live in MY), the price is actually reasonable as concert tickets in MY is about MYR 600 - 800 for VIP seat nowadays.

How to go to Gocheok Sky Dome? 
You can take a subway to Guil Station (Line 1) and take Exit 2. The stadium is not far from the exit. Just a few minutes walk. You won't miss it.

My Experience
We stayed at Gongdeok area while in Seoul. So to go to Gocheok Sky Dome, we took subway Line 5 from Gongdeok to Singil and from Singil we switch to Line 1 and stopped at Guil Station.

The train from Singil to Guil station was so packed. Maybe because we left to go to the stadium quite late around 4 pm KST. When the train stopped at Guil station, so many people got off the train and mostly are BTS fans like us hahaha.

We didn't have much time to look around as it was freakin' cold (about -5degC) and we had to pick up the tickets from the seller near E Mart (just in front of the Gocheok Dome main entrance).

After we picked up the tickets, we went to take photos with the banners just in front of the main entrance. There are  alltogether 8 banners (1 for each member and 1 for group photo). Fans are queuing in front of the banner that they want to take a photo with. Most people are queuing for maknae's banner so the hyungs banner's line are kinda short.

There were so many people. You can see so many people queuing on the bridge to buy the merchandise. As the weather was too cold - it was 6pm KST at that time and concert start at 7pm KST - I didn't buy any merchandise and we decided to go inside.

Due to my haste, I didn't take a photo of V's and J Hope's banner (sob sob). I also spotted 2 birthday buses at the stadium - Jungkook and V

Finally we went it! My mum and I got different seats >.< It is so hard to get seats side by side. So she went to section 409, and I went to section 403. 

Below are the view from Section 403, Row J, seat no. 4. The seat is not bad actually! In the photos, it looks like the view from my seat was far from the stage but actually it was not. The screen is huge and you can see the whole stage.

 

The screen was playing all BTS MVs while waiting for fans to fill in the stadium. During waiting, suddenly I got notification from V app that Jungkook and Jimin did a live broadcast introducing the Wings Final Tour merchandise. It was really entertaining to watch while waiting.

The show started at 7 pm KST. You know it is gonna start when the audio volume got louder and the lights were switched off! I was feeling very very nervous and excited at the same time. I remember feeling goosebumps and I thought it was because of the cold.

The intro VCR was really emotional. I could only understand a little bit of Korean but the VCR showed the hardship that BTS faced during their early career. Many K-Armys beside me were crying when the VCR played.

The concert started with Mic Drop Remix. This version was the one performed recently at MAMA 2017. It was so lit and BTS was so hype! The fanchants were so loud and ARMY bombs changed to different colors during the performance. I was so happy to witness it! I didn't bring my ARMY bomb V2 because mine was broken >.< (It was okay the first time I used it but somehow after that any type of AAA batteries I tried to put in cannot fit into the lightstick).

After that BTS surprised us with We are bulletproof Part 1 and Part 2. I didn't expect these two songs at all and boy I am sooo hypeee!!! I also can't believe that they did Hip Hop Lover. I love that song soo much. Rapper and vocal line voices just melt together.

Then, they did a Cypher medley! RM asked fans to stand up. Slowly fans from the floor and upper section stood up. By the time it was Cypher 4, all fans (me included) were already standing up and doing fanchants of the song. It was the greatest performance from Rapper line! I forgot to mention that Supreme Boi was the DJ at the back hehe.

After that it was the solo stages by the members - they always 'WOW' me when they performed their solo songs. From Jungkook's Begin with his fast footwork and moves, Jimin's Lie with his powerful and sharp dance to Suga's First Love.

Okay, Suga's solo never fails to amaze me. I love how the performance was accompanied by violin and when Suga rap, the whole stage was so quiet. I can really feel him in my soul. Then when the song So Far Away came on, who would expect the vocal lines to appear one by one with their flowy metallic/grey silk clothes and sang it live? It was angelic and their voice was just - so good! Fans were screaming when they appeared. The vocal line killed it and their voices blended well with each other which shook me.

The stage followed with Lost, Save Me and I Need U. Every stage they did was amazing. I just cannot put in words.

More solo stages - Reflection - RM did a ment at the middle of the song which is just awesome. He said to fans to believe in themselves) Stigma - V was sexy and he was smiling when he hit the high note. Oh yes, he improved a lot!, MAMA - such a nice performance when J Hope sang this song. I love it when he put on his big smile and sang with the choir. He truly is a great dance and performer, Awake - Jin did an incredible performance. His vocal was so good accompanied by the violins. I always liked Suga's and Jin's performance more as they kinda moved my heart.

The VCR came next (where they walked from BST dark era to DNA colorful era) and BTS performed DNA. DNA was hot and so lit! The song, dance, the colors of the lightstick was so amazing and I am so happy I get to see them performed this live. I get how people were shook when they saw this at the AMAs hehehehe. Next was Go Go (they look so cheery and fun!) and then the medleys (N.O. No More Dream, Boy in Luv, Danger, Fire and Run). BTS did not do a full version of Fire. They performed from the 3:33 part. Blood Sweat and Tears was next and boy they were sexy and I love this song!

Next they came out on movable stage and went around the stadium while singing You Never Walk Alone. I am so glad they did this song. I love the lyrics and meaning of the song. Then, BTS surprised us with Best of Me! Fans were singing along and it was amazing!

Next they moved on to the middle of the stage where the stage rises up. And they sang their old song Path (the hidden track from 2 Cool 4 Skool). This stage was emotional. When each member sang, the  screen will show side by side their recent image with their old image. It just fits so well - it sorta like a reflection of their old lives and how they have changed. More emotional stage with Born Singer - they sang their heart out. I can feel all of their emotions when they sang and it gave me heartache.

Spring Day was next and I just love how angelic this performance was. Every time I watched it I just felt 'wow'.

After Spring Day, we thought the concert was over because the VCR showed hand written letter for ARMYs from the boys. It was around 10.30pm at that time (3 hours 30 min concert!) and we were afraid when the stadium crowd went out, its gonna be chaos at the train station, so we decided to leave. Just when I was already out at the hall, I heard the fans screamed! I went back inside and found out the boys were on hot air balloons and going around the stadium. Thank god I managed to catch it. I watched it for a while and after I took some photos and waved to the boys, we quickly went out to the train station.

Outside, lots of fans were crying because they went out early as they thought the show was over. Lots of parents were waiting for their children and mostly parents who called their children got to know the show's not over yet hehehehe so they had to wait for them.

On my way to the train station, I managed to take a video of the banners along the bridge beside the stadium.

So this is my experience. It was so hard to describe in words because you gotta see it for yourself to know how it feels. Sorry for the long post! I hope you enjoyed reading it.
